Enquiries through the form
Submitting the form is neither an order nor a commitment. It is a request for a non-binding quotation. We normally reply within one working day.
How the engagement works
- The engagement begins with a written accounting services agreement.
- We agree the price in advance and hold it for the agreed period.
- You provide documents by the agreed dates; if they are late, we cannot guarantee statutory deadlines will be met.
- The engagement may be ended at the close of any month unless agreed otherwise.
Consumers and businesses
These terms apply differently depending on whether you enter into the agreement with us as a business (a legal entity, or a natural person acting within their business activity), or as a natural person acting outside any business activity (a consumer).
We conclude the accounting services agreement either in person at our office, or remotely using a qualified electronic signature (ZEP), without a face-to-face meeting.
If you sign the agreement in person at our office, the right of withdrawal under Slovak Act No. 102/2014 Coll. does not apply — it only covers distance contracts or contracts concluded away from business premises.
If you sign the agreement remotely (by qualified electronic signature) and you are a consumer (not acting within your own business — for example, if you order company-formation assistance from us while still a private individual), you have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason.
If you have expressly asked us to begin the service before this period expires, and you have been informed that by giving this consent you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, that right lapses at the moment the service is fully performed. If the service has been performed only in part, you will pay us for the value of what was actually provided up to the point of withdrawal.

All information we learn about your business is confidential. Our duty of confidentiality continues after the engagement ends and extends to everyone working with us.

Disputes
