How the engagement works
- The engagement begins with a written accounting services agreement.
- We agree the price in advance and hold it for the agreed period.
- You provide documents by the agreed dates; if they are late, we cannot guarantee statutory deadlines will be met.
- The engagement may be ended at the close of any month unless agreed otherwise.
Confidentiality
All information we learn about your business is confidential. Our duty of confidentiality continues after the engagement ends and extends to everyone working with us.

Disputes
