Service

Payroll services

Payroll processing, HR administration and dealings with the insurance authorities.

No-obligation enquiry Full price list

Payroll is where mistakes show up immediately — either on an employee's payslip or during an inspection. We take over the whole process, including all dealings with the social and health insurance authorities.

Monthly processing

  • gross and net pay including allowances and compensation
  • employee and employer contributions
  • advance income tax on employment
  • payslips and a summary for the employer
  • monthly filings for the Social Insurance Agency and health insurers
  • statement of withheld advances for the tax office
  • payment instructions for wages and contributions

Onboarding and termination

When an employee starts, we file the registration with the Social Insurance Agency and the health insurer within the statutory deadline. On termination we prepare the employment record, the income certificate and deregister them.

Registration must be filed before work begins. Missing this deadline carries a penalty, so we need to know about a new hire in advance, not afterwards.

Annual obligations

Annual settlement of tax advances, certificates of taxable income, the annual tax reconciliation report and pension insurance record sheets. We track the deadlines for you.

Work agreements outside employment

We also handle work performance agreements, work activity agreements and student agreements, including the contribution allowance. Rules for these change more often than for regular employment, so we flag changes ourselves.

Pricing

From €12 per employee per month. The price covers the full monthly process and all dealings with the insurance authorities. Annual settlement and record sheets are included, not billed separately.

Questions about this service

How much does payroll processing cost?
From €12 per month per employee. The price covers the entire monthly processing and communication with insurance companies. We don't charge separately for the annual reconciliation.
When do I have to register a new employee?
The registration must be filed before the employee starts work. Missing this deadline risks a fine — so we need to know about the start date in advance, not after the fact.
Do you also handle agreements and casual/part-time workers?
Yes, including work-performance agreements, activity agreements, and student agreements applying the levy-exempt allowance.
What do I receive every month?
Payslips, a summary for the employer, a document for paying wages and levies, and confirmation that all reports have been filed.
