We handle company formation from start to finish — founding documents,
    trade licence and registration in the Commercial Register. You come in once
    to sign; we take care of the rest.


What is included


    founding deed or articles of association
    declaration of the capital administrator and consent to the registered address
    notification of trades to the Trade Licensing Office
    application for entry in the Commercial Register
    registration for income tax with the tax office
    collection of the register extract and handover of the complete file


What we need from you


    The company name and alternatives, the intended business activities, the
    registered address with the owner's consent, details of the shareholders
    and directors, and the amount of registered capital. If you do not have your
    own premises, we can advise on registered address options.


How long it takes


    Document preparation takes one to two days once we have your details. The
    Trade Licensing Office usually issues the licence within three working days.
    Entry in the Commercial Register normally takes one to two weeks depending
    on the court's workload.



    The whole process is usually complete within three weeks of signing.


After formation


    From the date of registration the company must keep double-entry books and
    file a tax return, even if it is not yet trading. We point out these
    obligations and, if you wish, take over the bookkeeping as well.


Pricing


    From €499 including the court fee for registration and the fees for
    unregulated trades. The price differs for regulated and craft trades, which
    require proof of professional qualification.
